Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on the region:
- Italy (mainland): 1–3 business days
- Islands (Sicily, Sardinia): 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
Some items are made to order: they are marked "Pre-order" on their product page and are usually available within 5 days. For these items the delivery times above start once the item reaches our warehouse, and an order containing a pre-order item is shipped complete.

Shipping within Italy
- Free shipping for orders over €69
- Standard shipping: €7.5 for orders under €69
- Express shipping:
- Orders from €69 and up → +€7.5
- Orders under €69 → €15 total
Shipping to Europe
- Free shipping for orders over €150
- Standard shipping: €15 for orders under €150
- Express shipping:
- Orders from €150 and up → +€15
- Orders under €150 → €30 total
Delivery is carried out via national and international couriers (e.g. GLS, SDA, UPS) with tracking available.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and region.
AmoreBeauty.shop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, emergencies, etc.). In case of issues, the customer will be informed.
The customer must check the integrity of the packaging upon receipt. In case of damage or opened packaging, the package must be signed with reservation and we must be contacted within 48 hours with photos of the damage. Otherwise, complaints will not be accepted.
